The Principle and Algorithm Realization of Electronic Commerce Recommendation System
Original Research
This paper adopts the hot list and label system to solve the cold start problem, for the user reaching the product page through search engine, its recommendation is based on the solr full-text IV search engine and the search keywords related to the products. Mining user behavior pattern by mixed mining way, and implicit and explicit information to determine the user preferences, and the construct of user behavior is based on the vector space model. To calculate the keyword weight of product features, this paper use HTTPCWS system of Chinese word segmentation. Under the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each recommendation algorithm, combining with the actual data, this article presents combined weighted algorithm to achieve personalized recommendation; In the end this paper realize a personalized product recommendation system based on the platform of People Mall e-commerce.

E-Banking Preferences and Middle Class Values in Ghana
Original Research
The study was premised to assess E-Banking Preferences and Middle Class Values in Ghana in far reaching and inclusive way. The researchers adopted the positivist research paradigm. Overall, five hundred (500) customers were randomly sample from 26 banks in Ghana to participate in the study. A questionnaire containing 35 items were used to collect the data from the target population and the items were scaled on 5-points Likert scale to compute and assess the responses. The data were analysed with the aid of Predictive Analytic Software (PASW). The regression results show that Sheth-Newman Gross Model of Consumption Values was significant in predicting customers’ e-banking adoption in Ghana. ANOVA reveals a p-value of 0.000. The study further revealed that 92.2% variation in use of e-banking are due to social values and conditional values. The study again reveals that functional and epistemic values are not significant predictors of use of e-banking (p-value>0.05). Meanwhile, emotional value has significant and inverse relationship with use of e-banking (β=-24.2%). The descriptive results also revealed that, direct deposit and withdrawal services were the appropriate and satisfactory service preferred by clients showing the mean of 4.1879 and the standard deviation of 0.7. Again, ATM was identified as the next appropriate and satisfactory service preferred by clients revealing the means of 4.0 and standard deviation of 1.0. However, the less appropriate and satisfactory services use by client was Electronic fund transfer at point of sale (EFTPOS) showing the mean of 3.6222 and standard deviation of 0.77975. We herein propose the banks to adopt excellent customer education to improve public confidence in the system such as Deming 14 Principles on Quality Service and the Japanese Kaisen Principles to ensure complete e-banking adoption in the banking industry.

Using the Properties of Wavelet Coefficients of Time Series for Image Analysis and Processing
Original Research
Image processing is used in many fields of knowledge; because it allows to automate processes to get more information about the object being studied. Image processing techniques are many and varied. Wavelet analysis is one of such techniques. Among various methods and approaches of wavelet processing we distinguish the ideology of multiresolution wavelet analysis. The essence of this ideology is to perform wavelet decomposition on test data and the subsequent analysis of the relevant factors of this decomposition (the wavelet coefficients). An important aspect is the consideration of the properties of the wavelet coefficients. Based on this, we have examined the feasibility of using the properties of detailing wavelet coefficients to study and compare different images. We have introduced additional characteristics of images on the basis of sets of detailing wavelet coefficients decomposition. These characteristics reflect the dynamics of change in mean and variance for the detailing of the coefficients of the wavelet decomposition. We have shown that the dynamic changes in mean and variance of detailing coefficients of wavelet decomposition can be used to analyze and compare different images.
